1. Using Daily Kegel

You may use Daily Kegel for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with applicable law. You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms, or permission from a parent or guardian where required.

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy or distribute it without permission, except where permitted by law.

2. General wellness information

Daily Kegel is intended for general wellness and educational purposes. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content in the app is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. We do not promise any particular health outcome.

3. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content belong to Ameurio LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal purposes, subject to these terms.

4. Purchases, if offered

If you choose a paid feature or subscription, the price and payment terms shown before purchase apply. Purchases made through Apple are also subject to Apple’s payment and subscription terms. You can manage Apple subscriptions through your Apple account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

6. Availability and responsibility

We may update or change the app over time. The app is provided as available, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Ending use and changes to these terms

You can stop using the app at any time. We may restrict access for misuse or violations of these terms. If these terms change, we will update this page and its revision date, and provide additional notice when required by law.
